/FRE/DB_DIF_DELTA_SET - Reset delta records for DIF

Functionality

Updates existing delta records for one location with a new validity date after successful FRP outbound synchronization. The new validity date is the date up to which the last synchronization was done. Only delta records with status 'processed by FRP sequence 1' are updated.
