Functionality

This service provides information about possible base value date types for the transferred event type, cause of loss, and the fund business transaction ID assigned in Claims Management FS-CM through Fund Management.

You make the settings in the Implementation Guide (IMG) under Policy Management → Integration → Claims Management FS-CM → Assign Causes of Loss to Incident Types.
