Functionality

Creates the resource networks listed in IT_RESNET_CON in liveCache.

Notes

Error Handling and Troubleshooting

Possible errors:

• 457 = om_resnet_duplicate_resnet:
  A resource network with this key already exists in liveCache.

• 458 = om_resnet_duplicate_connection:
  A connection between these resources already exists in this resource network

• 459 = om_resnet_priority_outofrange
  Negative resource network connection priority is not allowed
