Functionality

For the Russian localization of IS-U the voltage level information has to be maintained on Device and Register level. This information must also be written to the statistics during billing.

For this to be possible, some variant programs check voltage level information based on the register operand, and save this value using this function. That way some of the rates is assigned to a voltage level during the billing of a single contract. At the end, the system loops at the billing line items created, and looks up the voltage level information based on the rate field of the billing line item. This information is then substituted into the billing line item.

If no assignment has been made (for example rates without register operand) voltage level in the billing line item is left empty.
