/SRMSMC/GET_ALL_FOLDERS - Returns all customized attachment folders

Functionality

Reads all customized Attachment Folder Names from the Database by selecting the SAP delivered Folders from Tables /srmsmc/I_ATF and /srmsmc/I_ATF_T and adding the customer specific and client dependent entries from tables /srmsmc/c_atf and /srmsmc/c_atf_t.
