/XLSO/DEACTIVE_EVOUCHER - Deactivate E-Voucher Details

Functionality

To deactivate an e-voucher, update the end date of the e-voucher and send an e-mail to the user.

For a company user, send a notification to the default CA and LM about e-voucher deactivation.
