/XLSO/GET_EVAL_LINK - Get Evaluation Link for Learners

Functionality

This return function call (RFC) returns the URL for the course evaluation form.

It fetches the courses that have been completed by learners. This RFC checks whether a particular learner has completed the evaluation. The URL will be generated and returned only for the learners who have not yet completed the evaluation.
