/XLSO/UPD_SO_BOOKING_APRV - Update SO and LSO booking for Approval Scenarios

Functionality

This remote function calling (RFC) is always called from /XLSO/WAPI_DECISION_COMPLETE which is called from learning manager (LM). If the workflow is rejected by LM or CA, the booking item and sales order item should be cancelled.

Following can be the case for approval:

• LM or CA selects some of the sales order (SO) to approve.

• Approved SO -> Invoice created for the approved SO.

• Rejected SO -> Quantity for all the items will be changed to zero and no invoice will be created.

• LM or CA selects one SO and selects few items within that SO for approval. The rejected items are updated in the SO for quantity, as zero (to avoid billing), and participation is cancelled for those items in the LSO. Invoice is created for the updated SO.
