ACCR_UPDATE_MASTER_RECORD - Accruals Master Maintenance: Update Master Records

Functionality
This function module updates accrual master records. It is being
called by transaction ACCR02.
The administrative data fields (e.g. change date and user) are being
populated.
Tables ACCRBD, ACCRFI, and ACCRPACR are being updated.
Notes
This function module is supposed to be called in the update task.
Errors that occur are triggering A-level messages, which terminate the
update. In this case the user is being informed via express mail.
