ADS2KIPUPL_APPLLOG_HEADER - SPEC2000 IP Upload: Create Application Log Header

Functionality

This function creates the Application Log Header.

It also assigns the values of the File Header in the detail level.

These header values can be seen by selecting the Log Header and clicking on the Detailed Information button.

The function takes in the File Header and the user name as the input and gives the Log Handle as output.
