ADS2KIPUPL_LOG_MSG_ADD - SPEC2000 IP Upload: Add Message to Application Log

Functionality

This function adds a message to the SPEC2000 Upload Application Log.

The function takes in the actual message along with its additional data as input.

The function takes in a message identifier as input. This helps in tracking and linking the detail level (additional data) to the message.

Additionally a problem class can be assigned which will classify the messages into different categories.
