AI_CRM_GET_ALM_USAGE - Solman Reporting - ALM integration usage

Functionality

The function module AI_CRM_GET_ALM_USAGE returns information of the usage for different incident sources. For each source that is measured it will return a boolean usage parameter in case more than a certain threshold (defined in table AIC_CRM_ALM) of incidents have been created in a provided period of time. It will additionally return the amount of incidents created for each measured source.
