Functionality

The function module AI_CRM_GET_SERV_REQUEST_USAGE measures the usage of the CRM documents of type service order (Business Trans. Cat: BUS2000223). In case that more than 5 documents of this type have been created, for a provided period (default is last 30 days) it considers that it has been used. The function also returns the amount of documents of this type created in the same period.
