BAPI_ADDRESSEMPFR_REQUEST - Create Locked French Employee Address

Functionality
A locked data record for the infotype Addresses (0006) can be created using this method.
The "double verification principle" can be implemented in conjunction with the APPROVE method. According to this principle, at least two users are involved in writing an active data record in the database. One of the participating users creates a locked infotype record using the REQUEST method. The other user unlocks, i.e. activates, this data record using the APPROVE method.
Notes

This method can only be used if the ENQUEUE method of the business object EMPLOYEE has been called up beforehand. Further information on the ENQUEUE method can be found in the documentation for the function module BAPI_EMPLOYEE_ENQUEUE.
