Functionality

This function module is used as the basis for the BAPI method EmployeeBenAdjReason.GetList.

This method delivers a list of all active benefit adjustment reasons for an employee on the date specified. Active benefit adjustment reasons allow an employee to make changes to her benefits elections, which are otherwise not usually allowed.
