BAPI_BUS2001_PARTNER_CHANGE_M - Change Partner Data for Project Definition Using BAPI

Functionality

The BAPI "BAPI_BUS2001_PARTNER_CHANGE_M" changes the partners for the project definiton (I_PROJECT_DEFINITON) from the partners in the parameter IT_PARTNER_OLD into the partners in the parameter IT_PARTNER_NEW.

Messages, for example, about non-existant partners, are returned in parameter ET_RETURN. The first entry of the ET_RETURN table is a success or error message about whether the project definition could be changed.

If the entries in IT_PARTNER_NEW and IT_PARTNER_OLD match, you receive a success message. If no other changes were made to the project definition, however, the BAPI "BAPI_PRECOMMIT" issues an error message that no data was changed and therefore it is not saved.
