BAPI_BUS2054_GET_KEY_FROM_GUID - Reading the WBS Key using the GUIDs

Functionality

Read the external object key using the GUID (Global Unique Identifier).

Example

A list of GUIDs for which the external keys are to be read is transferred to the multiline parameter IT_GUID. These are returned by the BAPI with the corresponding GUIDs in the multiline parameter ET_EXT_KEY.

Notes

Messages, for example, about non-existent objects, are returned in the multiline parameter ET_RETURN.

Only active GUIDs that have already been saved to the database are taken into account. That is, for example, no GUIDs from deleted WBS elements.
