BAPI_BUS2168_CREATE - BAPI Checklist Item in Template: Create

Functionality

You use this BAPI to create a checklist item in a template. If the data structure IS_CHECKLIST_ITEM_TMPL is not used or if all indicators in the corresponding update structure IS_CHECKLIST_ITEM_TMPL_UPD are initial, the system can only create the checklist item in the template if all required fields are filled with default values.

The superior project element of a checklist item in a template is a checklist template. Therefore, the required entry field IV_PARENT_GUID must contain the GUID of the superior checklist template for which the checklist item in the template is to be created.
