BAPI_BUS2169_CREATE - BAPI Task in Template: Create

Functionality

You use this BAPI to create a task in the project template or checklist template. If the data structure IS_TASK_TMPL is not used or if all indicators in the corresponding update structure IS_TASK_TMPL_UPD are initial, the system can only create the task in the template if all required fields are filled with default values.

The superior project element of a task in a template can be a task in a template, a phase in a project template, the project definition of the project template, or a checklist item in a checklist template. However, a task below a project definition cannot have any subtasks. The required entry field IV_PARENT_GUID must contain the GUID of the superior project element for which the task in the template is to be created.
