Functionality
You use this BAPI to create a checklist template. If you do not use the IS_CHECKLIST_TEMPLATE data structure or if none of the indicators in the corresponding update structure IS_CHECKLIST_TEMPLATE_UPD have been set, you can only create the checklist template if all the necessary fields contain default values.
