Functionality
You use this BAPI to create a simulation version for the operational project definition from parameter PROJECT_DEFINITION_GUID.
The parameter IV_VERSION must contain a valid version number that is permitted for simulations.
The parameter IV_SIM_PROJECT_NUMBER specifies the simulation project number under which the simulation version is to be created. If the parameter is not transferred or is transferred in an initial state, the system determines the simulation project number from the project number of the operational project definition from parameter PROJECT_DEFINITION_GUID.
Note that no other simulation with the same version key can already exist for this simulation project number.
