Functionality

It deletes diagnoses for a given case. The sequence numbers of the diagnoses to be deleted are included with the data passed in table INPUT_DIAGNOSIS.

Example

Notes

The method checks the following with regard to the diagnoses to be deleted:

• Status of the case (if final billing already peformed for the case, a warning is issued)

• Assignments to procedures (if the diagnosis is assigned to procedures, it is not deleted)

• Coherence with regard to other diagnoses for ICD-10 diagnoses (if a dagger diagnosis is to be deleted, and dependent asterisk diagnoses still exist, deletion is not possible).

IS-H*MED-Specific Checks:

• Use of the diagnosis in a service request or in a surgery request (this diagnosis will not be deleted)

• Use of the diagnosis in clinical documentation (this diagnosis will not be deleted)

Further information

The authorization N_NDIA_ORG is required to enable changes to be made.
