Functionality

This method sends employee balances to a time recording system.

The employees can then display their balances at time recording terminals.

This BAPI is a method for an interface type.

This BAPI is based on the definition of a standardized interface. It is implemented by the system that provides this interface.

Data in the structure defined by the BAPI is transferred to the receiver system. The receiver system must ensure that the data is entered in the appropriate database tables. To do this, you can implement the interface defined by this BAPI.

You define which balances are diplayed to employees at the time recording terminal in Customizing for Personnel Time Management, in the Personnel Time Events section, in the step Set the Data to be Displayed at the Terminal.
