BAPI_CONDITION_CONTRACT_SETDOC - Get Settlement Document Data for Condition Contracts

Functionality

You can use this method to get the settlement document data for a number of condition contracts. The condition contracts are specified by the entries in the table IDENTIFIERIN. A condition contract can be identified by the condition contract number, or by an external GUID, if available. The specified condition contracts have to be set up for contract settlement.

The parameter DOCUMENTSELECTION defines the scope of the settlement document selection. The table RANGESSETTLDATEIN can be used to determine which settlement documents are selected. The table SETTLEHEADOUT contains condition contract related settlement information. The tables SETTLEDOCOUT, HEADDATAOUT and ITEMDATAOUT (if requested by the parameter WITHITEMS) contain important data from the created settlement document(s).

HEADDATAOUT and ITEMDATAOUT use the standard BAPI structures of the single settlement request (document from Agency Business). This document is used as the settlement document for the condition contract settlement. EXTENSIONOUT contains settlement document data for the structure name BAPI_TE_KOMZRKE (header data) and for the structure name BAPI_TE_KOMZRPE (item data). You must set the parameter WITHITEMS if you want entries for the structure name BAPI_TE_KOMZRPE.
