BAPI_CRMCASE_GETDETAIL - Get case detail

Functionality

You can use this method to determine all available detailed information for a specific case.

Notes

The individual case has a GUID. If the values of this parameter are unknown, use the relevant SearchCases method to determine them.

Customer Enhancements

The BAPI customer enhancement concept allows customers to include additional data that is not anticipated by the interface.

The parameters ExtensionIn and ExtensionOut are data containers in which the additional values are sent during import or export.

As well as the extension parameters in the interface, this BAPI function module also includes Business Add-Ins (BADIs). These check the data sent by the customer to the method and perform additional functions. You can use the BADI CRM_CMG_BAPI_GET of the enhancement spot CRM_CMG_BAPI_EXTENSION to do this.

Return Codes

Messages are returned in the RETURN parameter. The parameter documentation lists the return codes and their meanings.
