Functionality

This method provides all available data on a selected inbound correspondence request.

Notes

Enhanced inbound correspondence display more functions than the original and are delivered by SAP by default. However, this function can be deactivated in the Implementation Guide of Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable.

The system posts a sample document for each enhanced inbound correspondence request. This can be displayed in the account balance display and can be dunned using the Dunning by Collection Strategy provided the corresponding company code allows the dunning by collection strategy.
