BAPI_FTR_TRES_DEALCREATE - Completely Create a Total Return Swap

Functionality
This method lets you create a total return swap completely.
Example
Creating a total return swap with an additional flow using BAPI:
Set the TOTALRETURNSWAP, GENERALCONTRACTDATA, CONDITION, FORMULAVARIABLE, SINGLEDATE, DIVIDEND, PAYMENTDETAIL and ADDFLOW parameters to the required values and fill the according *X change parameters using the TotalReturnSwap.PrepStruc method, for example. Since e.g. ADDFLOW and ADDFLOWX are table parameters, the entries in the TABLEINDEX field must be sequentially numbered so that a unique assignment can take place.
Set *_COMPLETE_INDICATOR to ' ' in order to keep the default values in the system. Set *_COMPLETE_INDICATOR to 'X' in order to transfer only the submitted values.
