Functionality

This function module creates an equity group (EQG) for a joint operating agreement (JOA).

The JOA already has to exist.

The following is mandatory input data:
  • Company code

  • Joint operating agreement (JOA)

  • Equity group

  • Equity group description

This information is sufficient to create an equity group. However, to be able to use the equity group, further information is necessary, such as operator or non-operater share, and partner shares.
