Functionality
You can use this method to create and change location product substitution procedures. If the location product substitution procedure already exists, the associated location product substitutions are reconciled with the location product substitutions that are transferred. However, if the "AutoDelete" parameter is set, the existing location product substitutions are replaced by the location product substitutions that are transferred.
