BAPI_LSPSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI - Create, Change Location Determination Procedure

Functionality
This method can be used to create and change location determination procedures. If the location determination procedure already exists, the associated location substitutions are reconciled with the location substitutions that have been transferred. However, if the "AutoDelete" parameter is set, the current location substitutions are replaced by those that are transferred.
