Functionality
In the PP Backflush, backflushes were deleted in the System in which the data was created (for example, APO). The module transfers this information to R/3. This method ensures that the corresponding objects receive a deletion indicator in the backflush tables in R/3. This deletion indicator is one of several prerequisites required for reorganizing/archiving the backflushing objects. The deletion indicator is always set for all the backflushes of an order.
The backflushes are not physically deleted. The deletion indicator states that these backflushes can be archived as no further backflush will be posted for the corresponding order.

This module must always be used to set the deletion indicator for backflushes to avoid any inconsistent data. It ensures that either all or none of the backflushes for one order receive the deletion indicator. This is an important prerequisite for archiving.
The module only finishes successfully when no more open backflushes exist for any of the transferred orders. If only one backflush still has to be posted, the deletion indicator will not be set for any backflush (not even for backflushes for other orders). To ensure that the setting of the deletion indicator is not prevented by unposted backflushes of another order, you should access the module separately for every order.
