BAPI_MONITOR_CHECKDOCU - Check that BAPI documentation is availablle

This documentation is copyright by SAP AG.

This checks if the documentation for the BAPIs transferred in the

parameter 'BAPILIST', is available in the logon language.

If the documentation is not available, depending on the logon language,

the system checks if the documentation is available in another

language.

If the logon language is German, the system checks if English

documentation is available. If the logon language is German, the system searches for German documentation.
