Functionality
It is used to change a case and to create a discharge. The case data and discharge data passed to the method is stored under the case number PATCASEID in institution INSTITUTION.

Notes
- At case level: N_FALL_FNR;
- At movement level: N_NBEW_AKT.
Messages are returned in the Return parameter. The parameter documentation shows the return codes and their meanings.
