BAPI_PCA_MASTER_CREATE - Create Payment Card

Functionality

Payment cards are created in the system with this BAPI.

For this purpose, you should state the payment card type and the payment card number that identify a payment card clearly in the system (e.g. VISA1234567890123456).

The relevant attributes of the payment card are transferred with the parameter DATA.

If the payment card already exists in the system, or if errors occurred when the payment card was created, these are stated via the table RETURN.

If you state DATA-MASK_NUMBER and DATAX-MASK_NUMBER, they are not taken into account, since these values may not be changed in the system. They are given by the system during creation.
