BAPI_PPMSPSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI - Create or Change PPM Substitution Procedures

Functionality
This method can be used to create and change PPM substitution procedures. If the PPM substitution procedure already exists, the associated PPM substitutions are reconciled with the PPM substitutions that have been transferred. However, if the "AutoDelete" parameter is set, the existing PPM substitutions are replaced by the PPM substitutions that are transferred.
