BAPI_RENTALAGREEM_CALCSALESSET - Calculates Sales-Based Rent

Functionality
A rental agreeement based on sales, such is often the case for kiosks and supermarkets, has been concluded.
The tenant has to report his sales at certain intervals (usually monthly). These sales figures are used to calculate the rent due and are balanced with the advance payments that have already been made (settlements can be made on a monthly or annual basis).
This BAPI could be used, for example, in the following case:
- Tenants can request the rent amount due via the internet. This enables the tenants to post the rent due as a commitment to the vendor in their systems.
- Necessary data:
- Rental agreememt (key fields in the BOR object of the rental agreement)
- Settlement period (from, to )
- Returns:
- Table containing the sales-based rent and additional information (tax indicator, total of sales to be taken into account and so on)
- Table of the reported sales in the settlement period
