Read bookings from HR system

Functionality

You use this method to read the bookings with assigned test types
from HR. You can specify an event-group-id,
a location or a time period.
If you don't specify an event-group-id, the program is using
the event-group-id from custiomizing.
The table p_partic contain correct bookings. The table p_partic_no
contain booking with missing test type informations.
