Functionality

This BAPI FM is useful for creating the following id's

test-id,text-id,essay-id,subtest-id,pu-id,item-id,event-id,testtype-id,location-id,pet-id,logging-id.

These id's are created from the SLS_UTIL(PAW Customizing table) and everytime a new id is created it is updated in the table and the value of the counter is increased automatically.
