BAPI_STUDENTSCHOOLRESULTS_GET - BAPI: Get Student School Results for Financial Aid

Functionality

This Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI) will read the transcripts of a student including several Grade Point Averages (GPAs).

Only those transcript categories which are relevant to financial aid will be taken into account.

If several transcripts exist for the same transcript categories, the BAPI will choose an appropriate one according to the derivation rule for transcript category and the level for transcript status.

Example

Student has two transcripts with the same transcript category 0001 which is relevant to financial aid. The first one has the transcript status 0001 and the other one is 0002. Now function module will determine the appropriate one.

Look at the derivation rule for transcript category:

• 1 (Highest Status): Look at the transcript status, the one has highest status will be chosen.

• 2 (Most Recently Issued): Choose the most recently issued one.
