BAPI_STUDENT_GET_NUMBERS - Method: Read ID Numbers of Student

Functionality

This method determines the two ID numbers that belong to the ID number you have specified for the student and then returns all three ID numbers.

Student Lifecycle Management uses three different keys (ID numbers) to identify a student:

• A numeric object ID eight digits in length

• An alphanumeric student number between one and twelve characters in length

• An alphanumeric business partner number between one and 10 characters in length

You must specify at least one ID number in this method. This can either be the student number, object ID, or business partner number. The method returns the student number, object ID, and business partner number as the result.
