BAPI_STUDENT_IDENTIFIC_CHANGE - Method: Change Identification Data of Student

Functionality

This method changes the identification data of a student.

In this context, identification data refers to visa data or residence permit data. The keys of a visa or registration are the visa or registration number and the visa or registration type. Only one data record may exist for a student for each visa or registration number and visa or registration type. The visa type and visa number cannot be changed.

At least one value must be transferred to the parameter OBJECTID to ensure a correct method call.

Authorizations

Authorization object PLOG (Personnel Planning) with the following fields:

• Infotype (value 1712)

• Object type (value ST)

• Status (ISTAT value 1)

Return messages from the method call are collected in the parameter RETURN. For more information, see the parameter documentation.
