Functionality

This method creates a complete monitor tree using a monitor template.

Example

Notes

A monitor template only consists of the virtual nodes and the top nodes of the real subtrees. A monitor tree, on the other hand, includes the virtual nodes as well as the monitor tree elements for all real subtrees.
