BAPI_TARGETGROUP_CHANGE - BAPI for BUS1185 Marketing Target Group: Change Target Group

Functionality

This method changes the header and text information for a target group.

The following parameter is obligatory:

• Target group ID

The following parameters can be changed if required:

• Header data for the target group

• GUID of a profile set

• GUID of a profile

• Origin of the target group

• Segment type (for example, target group or sample)

• Test run (if you set this parameter, the data record will not be stored).

• Text table of the target group

• Language key for target group description

• Language according to ISO 639

• Description of the target group

Messages are returned in the "return" parameter. The documentation for this parameter contains the return values and their meanings.

Example

Notes

If an optional import parameter has the status "initial", the existing information will not be overwritten.

The necessary consistency checks are carried out in the functions that are called.
