BAPI_TIMESHEET_HR_ENRICH - HR Enriches in CATS II

Functionality

This method enriches attendances/absences and employee remuneration information that has been recorded in the Time Sheet with information from the HR system. It returns the completed data and messages to the Time Sheet.

Attendances/Absences

• If required, the method can calculate the currency of a valuation basis.

• Depending on the settings in your Customizing, the method synchronizes the recorded times with the employee's personal work schedule. It determines any missing start and end times or the number of hours and, if necessary, sets the previous day indicator or the full day indicator and deducts breaks.

Employee Remuneration Information:

• The method determines the currency of a valuation basis and checks whether the specified wage type is a bonus wage type.

• If the data record has start and end times, the method synchronizes (depending on your settings in Customizing) the data with the employee's personal work schedule and determines the number of hours. If required, it takes break into consideration and sets the previous day indicator.

This method is used to call the following BAPIs in the HR system. They check and change the data recorded in the HR system:
