Functionality
This function selects orders and shipment information corresponding to the TP/VS optimization profile given.
Free orders and orders already assigned to shipments determined along with resource and capacity information.
If you are using this function for the first time, you can find detailed documentation in the following important information.
Example
Notes
- The data that can be read with this function corresponds to the information that is also displayed in TP/VS interactive planning. For this reason, you should be acquiainted with TP/VS interactive planning to use this function.
- Structure of data:
- Freight units (FRIGHT_UNITS) are orders (for example, stock transfers, purchase orders) or order schedule lines that are used for transportation planning or that should be used.
- Transportation activities (for example, SHIPMENTS_PLANNED) are activities (for example, goods receipt) that were added to orders by transportation planning.
- Transport activities are grouped together in shipments (SHIPMENT_HEADERS)
- Distribution proposals for freight units are only relevant when using the TP/VS order split function.
