Functionality
Delete Commodity Master Data
Use BAPI BAPI_FTR_COMMODITY_DELETE to delete a commodity from the system that is identified by the input parameter COMMODITY_ID .
The importing parameter COMMODITY_ID indicates the commodity that is to be deleted from the system.
The importing parameter TESTRUN is just to check if the delete happens correctly in the system before its actually done in the system. If this parameter is initial then the commodity master data is deleted from the system .If TESTRUN is not initial then only a simulation of the commodity master data 'delete' is done and no real commodity data is deleted from the system.
The exporting parameter RETURN_COMMODITY_ID just indicates that the commodity was successfully deleted from the system.
The tables parameter RETURN contains error information that might have occured during the execution of the delete commodity.
Example
If the commodity master data identified by COMMODITY_ID = 'COFFEE' is to be deleted from the system then call the above BAPI with importing parameter COMMODITY_ID set to 'COFFEE'.
