Functionality
Creates or changes a characteristic group. If you enter a characteristic group that already exists, system deletes all the existing details and replaces them with the new entries. If the characteristic group doesn’t exist, then the system creates the characteristic group, descriptions and allocations to it.
COMMIT WORK command is executed for saving the changes to the data base.
