Functionality

Using this method, you can change the data of a price plan that has the status In Processing or Resubmission.

You can make the following changes:

  • Change header data
  • Change promotion header (relevant only for promotion price plans)
  • Delete, add or change plant groups (relevant only for promotion price plans)
  • Delete, add or change plants for plant groups (relevant only for promotion price plans)
  • Delete or add organization sets or change organization set header data (not relevant for markdown price plans)
  • Delete or add items to organization sets (not relevant for markdown price plans)
  • Delete or add items for price plan, or change item data
  • Change promotion item data (relevant only for promotion price plans)

Notes

The system checks the authorization for authorization object S_TCODE for the transaction WRF_PPW01.

If you set the TESTRUN parameter, the BAPI is called as a simulation, that is, only messages are returned, but the price plan itself remains unchanged.

Messages are returned in the RETURN parameter.

The following changes are not possible using this method:

  • Status changes
  • The addition of related markdown proposals
  • Deletion of alternative prices

To save the changes to the database after calling this BAPI in update mode (TESTRUN initial), you must perform a commit work, which you can trigger, for example, using BapiService.TransactionCommit.
