Functionality
You use this method to create a price plan.

The system checks the authorization for authorization object S_TCODE for the transaction WRF_PPW01.
General information about the parameters:
- Transferring the header data is absolutely mandatory, whereby the price plan category (CATEGORY) in the header data must be filled.
- If you set the TESTRUN parameter, the BAPI is called as a simulation, that is, only messages are returned. In that case, the system also does not return any price plan numbers.
- Messages are returned in the RETURN parameter.
For more information about the parameters, see the given parameter documentation.
It is not possible to generate organization sets using this method. The organization sets are automatically created from the corresponding item data.
To save the price plan to the database after calling this BAPI in update mode (TESTRUN initial), you must perform a commit work, which you can trigger, for example, using BapiService.TransactionCommit.
