BBP_GET_STATUS_CREATE_JOB - spools a job according to bbp rules

Functionality

This function module submits report POSCHEDULE, which in turn calls another function module SPOOL_PO_CREATE_DO.

The report is submitted to run 5 minutes after this module is initially called.

Two parameters, REQNO and PO_NUMBER, are passed on to the report POSCHEDULE to be used by SPOOL_PO_CREATE_DO.

Function JOB_OPEN is used to get a job name and job number for the SUBMIT.

Function JOB_CLOSE is used to pass the release parameters to the job scheduler.
